<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: x-small;">Triturar las ralladuras de limón y añadirlas en el recipiente, junto con los otros ingredientes.</span></span><br />
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: x-small;">Calentar la leche con la mantequilla y añadirlo. </span></span><br />
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: x-small;">Mezclarlo hasta conseguir una masa consistente. Dejar que descanse, al menos, una hora. (Mejor que la tapemos con un trapo)</span></span><br />
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: x-small;">Una vez haya subido la masa, calentar aceite de oliva o girasol en una cazuela. Vamos cortando la masa a tiras, la estiramos con un rodillo, y la cortamos a triángulos.</span></span><br />
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: x-small;">Freímos los buñuelos. Ponemos azúcar glass encima.</span></span><br />

Cortar la cebolla a juliana y sofreírla un poco. En una cazuela, ponemos la cebolla, la carne y un poco de harina. Lo ponemos en el horno. Cuando la harina esté dorada, añadimos la nata y la leche. Cortamos las patatas. Enharinamos el pescado, y le ponemos un poco de sal y pimienta. Lo vamos removiendo para que no se pegue. Luego añadimos las patatas, el caldo de pescado, y un poco de harina para que la salsa quede un poco espesa. Esperamos 3 ó 4 minutos y añadimos el pescado. <span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Quan bulli i faci espuma, treiem aquesta espuma amb una espumadera, per tal que el caldo no quedi tant gras. </span><br />
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Deixem bullir l'aigua durant 1 hora, i després hi posem les verdures, i la pilota. Ho deixem bullir fins que les patates quedin ben toves. Hi afegim les butifarres, i rectifiquem de sal.</span><br />
